In the realm of my duties, an apple lays—a task from a master unseen,
A fruit of boredom, crowned as the monarch of its kin.
Yet, love for it in my heart has never been sown,
Only in the absence of others does it take the throne.
With each bite, a void consumes my mind,
Mechanical chews, a pain of the blandest kind.
Awakening near the end, a flavour bittersweet,
In its completion, finally comes the relief.
My sentiments towards this fruit, complex and twined,
Not of affection, but necessity, a bind.
Forced by those who nurtured me from seed to stem,
Eating, not for pleasure, but an apple's whim.
Even now, apples emerge anew, roommates' contributions to the fruit bowl's crew.
In hesitation, I partake, the cycle unbroken,
Eating not out of desire, but words unspoken.
Yet, in moments quiet and still, apples have a touch of grace,
For apples persist, regardless of time or place.
In the fruit shop, at home, in hidden schoolyard nooks,
Their steadfast presence, more reliable than dudes.
Unlike bananas, apples defy decay's embrace,
A testament to time, held in silent grace.
They wait, patience in their core,
For me to notice, have to partake once more.
Now, I see, apples have intertwined with my soul's trace,
A part of me, in this life's endless chase.
A reflection of self, in the mirror of a fruit,
As I am writting this, an apple has been chewed.

Update :
I created the first initial prototype of my Eurorack panels! They were 3D printed using basic polylactic acid (PLA) and resin materials. The models turned out to be quite satisfactory and can be assembled to Eurorack frames precisely.

"This module draws inspiration from the 'Muyu', a Chinese Buddhist instrument. This is a simple but fun passive Eurorack Module, I adapted a 3D model of a Muyu. Beneath the board, thiere is a contact mic. This setup captures the sound of you playing with the Muyu and transmits it to the jack output.

Project 03
An foldable utility knive design project,
conceptualised with the original design ethos inspired by the magical apple.
This is a foldable utility knife. I have selected several materials known for their durability and strength as potential materials for its construction: PEI (polyetherimide), carbon fiber, and G10 composite plastic. I plan to use CNC machining to achieve the final form of the blade, to ensure that every curve and angle meets precise specifications, creating a product that is aesthetically pleasing and accurate. For structural support, CNC7075 aerospace-grade aluminum, renowned for its use in the aerospace industry, will provide a lightweight yet robust framework for the knife.
*Before moving to final production, I will 3D print an initial prototype. This will allow me to conduct further tests and make necessary improvements. The high-precision prototype is expected to be completed within the next two weeks.
